Copyright Law

I am not posting this info because I am being a bitch. I have spent a lot of time on this site, it’s mine. I'm tired of lazy pirates stealing my words, works and graphics. All of my work, be it words, books and the graphics on this site which I myself created - are officially copyrighted. Most people are unaware of the word copyright, so here is your information, read it an learn.
The information that is posted on my website is possible because of everything that I went through to learn it. That hurts. Please show some respect for the dead.

This is from copyright law; q & a
Copyright is secured automatically when the work is created. "Copies" are material objects from which a work can be read or visually perceived either directly or with the aid of a machine ..

Q: How much do I have to change in order to claim copyright in someone else's work?
Only the owner of copyright in a work has the right to prepare, or to authorize someone else to create a new version of that work. Accordingly, you cannot claim copyright to another's work, no matter how much you change it, unless you have the owner's consent

Q:Somebody infringed my copyright. What can I do?
A party may seek to protect his or her copyrights against unauthorized use by filing a civil lawsuit in Federal district court. If you believe that your copyright has been infringed, consult an attorney. In cases of willful infringement for profit, the U.S. Attorney may initiate a criminal investigation.

Q:How do I get permission to use somebody else's work?
You can ask for it. If you know who the copyright owner is, you may contact the owner directly.

Q:Could I be sued for using somebody else's work? How about quotes or samples?
If you use a copyrighted work without authorization, the owner may be entitled to bring an infringement action against you

Here are some other facts for you:
*Always assume that what you are viewing is copyrighted. Pictures are also protected by copyright. You can not take, steal, reproduce something that does not belong to you. That means from websites and magazines and so on.

*It’s still a violation of copyright if you do not charge for it
If you charge it will affect the amount of money the owner of the work will be awarded in court.

*If your infringement has hurt the commercial value of the place or site that you took it from serious damages can be awarded.

*If something is posted on the web, it does not make it public domain! This includes usenet and websites etc. etc.

* Fair use applies to short passages or excepts and are accompanied by the name and copyright of the owner.

Court Action

Copyright infringement is civil law. This means you’ll be sued, not jailed. However, violators producing more than 10 copies of a work may face felony charges.

If you think your providing a service to the creator of the work by way of "free advertising":
Its up to the owner to decide if they want it. Never assume that your not hurting them. Always ask.

MY Action:
I have in the past had the power to rip down complete sites by writing to the host and providing my registered ISBN # etc, etc. I can fuck your shit up if you steal. I'm tierd of it.
