This section is my opinion on these things. My opinions are based on my experience, whereas many who speculate these things have no experience, limited experience or total misinformation on which to base their speculations. My opinions are based on my knowledge to date. It may change yet again some day. Although I have been involved in things that most people can only dream ( or dread) about, I still have more to see.

Ghost or Spirit

A ghost is not a spirit. A spirit is one who may or may not have been human and resides in their proper realm. They are not wandering lost or evil souls who haunt because they are confused etc. A spirit is a higher form, evolved. It may be an ancestor, a demon, angels, a guide, helper or guardian. These spirits will only show up if there is a need.
A ghost was a human, which is not able to move on, for which ever reason and is now stuck or lost in the area which is closest to our own sphere. A ghost is basically here because of their own issues, not yours or anything that you might be involved in. On the other hand, a spirit will arrive because of you, or for your interest or in some cases, world (global) matters.
When a loved one appears, a good while after their death, they can be considered an ancestor spirit, for they have moved on to the appropriate realm or evoloution. They have appeared to us, invited or not, to help in some way (to comfort us, to impart some wisdom or help)When they have accomplished this objective they will go back to wherever they came, without any assistance from us.

Ghosts can become anchored here the same as a living person can be and is mostly anchored to their ego. A ghost (not a spirit) may still be holding onto their ego and now they are quite stuck - again- but on 'the other side'. The region they wander is the level nearest to our earth plane/ dimension. I often hear of ghosts having a personality, as it seems to act and think like the living. If this occurs it is because they still are ( from the ego hold)

Why are they here?
A strong emotion could be holding them here, such as: the need to resolve an issue
Perhaps their spirit went into 'shock' as the result of a violent crime.
Heartbroken. Romantic love is a very strong emotion, in life and in death. Love is akin to madness and you can lose your way in life or death because of it. Which leads us to the next: A deep grief or sadness, searching for something.

This leads us to 'evil' ghosts. A ghost that seems to exhibit evil, destructive or unplesant behavior can be considered a low ghost form becuase they are stuck in their ego which keeps them at the first plane of spirit evoloution. These types of ghosts may have been terrible people, maybe killers, criminals and the like and now in death they have remained as such. Wandering around as a ghost is no treat and they must resolve their dilemma in some way and evolve.

"The Light"
Again, this is my educated opinion which came from wandering around the Underworld, as well as mingling with ghosts and spirits. Since my pysical body is still here, I can only gather that this is accurate, so don't throw a hissy fit. Relax, maybe you'll learn something..or maybe I will..

We've all heard the stories; enter the light, find the light; the big light you enter upon death, or NDE and OBE's. The truth of the matter, from my experiences- all of them- is this,
its pretty much b.s. You will not enter the big light (metaphorically speaking of course) until you have evolved enough for it to accept you. One needn't be a genius to figure this out. Once you enter this'light', its going back to the 'first source', god energy, god, whatever you want to call it. This is where most of us (?) came from, and eventually will go back to. Many many ancestors, spirits, angels, demons, god archetypes and guides etc. are in the spirit realm, for what ever reason. This spirit realm is a real place and it is not 'god'. Upon death, very few of us will go directly into 'the light'. "The light' is ultimate wisdom, completion, mission accomplished..forever.
Not all who die are open to this experience immediatly. It would be ridiculous to think so. This results in things like reincarnation, ghosts and the likes. We must traverse and evolve, whether in the spirit realm or in the human sphere. Yes, the tunnels are correct from the NDE stories, but these tunnels must be traveled through. They lead us to places,and experiences for evoloution purposes but not 'the light'. A tunnel is a path, a path leads us somewehre, it is a journey. Some take this journey in life, others will have to take it in death, or both.
Dying is certainly not the end of the road, it is a transition to another realm and existance. Do you suppose just because we die we are automatically a better person? Death in itself is not a purifying experience. It is only the transition. The journey towards the 'light' is what purifies us.

I recently received this letter. It will be a good starting point to cover the next topic.

The letter:
I would like to know, do you people have any kind of fear of the unknown. The reason I ask this is because I and even you are dealing with spiritual forces beyond our comprehension. I've experienced evil manifestations from my mother. Unfortunately I lost her this year. But, I can tell you, I've had unfortunate experience with evil to the point of me almost losing my sanity, and my life. You are dealing with something that can turn on you. I know. I came from a background of devilworshippers, my mother was deep into black magic, and she had a voodoo priest come to our house and do rituals, and seances. My sister's boyfriend almost got killed the next day. My brother had a very bad experience. And other unspeakable things began to happen to me all the way up until my early thirties.
Just be aware of what you people are dealing with, I had to share my experiences, and I'm telling you that black magic is dangerous because my mother was using it and it almost drove her to kill her own daughter, (ME!). I would like some feedback from you. And please don't send me a disrepectful email, and a rude statement about how you feel, I'm just only trying to look out for you. You don't know what you're into. We are powerless mortal human beings up against things that are more spiritually superior then we are. We can't control, or try to manipulate anything with that type of ability and not get harm by it. I'm not judging anyone, I'm only trying to give you the reality of what you're (REALLY) doing to yourselves and others.

As I said else where on this site...( I always have to repeat myself, because people don't listen) Demons are dangerous but as has been explained, they don’t do this because they are evil, they are only protecting something very valuable ( as well as testing you etc etc etc) Yes they will ruin the life you are living at the time you call upon them, but that’s their 'job.' Your perception of them and darkness will change eventually on your trip. Demons are a major stumbling block for people.
Is anyone listening to me? A lot of seemingly bad things happen to people involved in 'black magic'. A lot of out right bad stuff happens to. Most of the time it only looks bad but there is a reason and an explaination for it. Because it's actually something that is or will be beneficial. I'm going to quote myself to make a point (this is from 'True Black Magic')
"Darkness is the source of magic and creation and was in existence before the creation of order, time and space. It destroys with great force but rebuilds with the beauty and graceful essence of true magic, for this is the realm of true magic, where all magic comes from. It is in the darkness that possibility gives birth to manifestation. This is the realm of all that is, was and shall be. Ask and you will receive, but maybe not how you had envisioned it. Here the real problem or driving issue is tackled. This is not always the way we see it, for we are one sided when it comes to ourselves. We can not see below the surface, but the darkness does and restructures from the ground up." ~

Demons do not have a good reputation, do you think this has been done by accident? As I constantly say, its for many reasons. First is, again, we have been separated from them as well as truth and divinity. Of course this is a dangerous path now. Second, demons are the negative force! Hello? Houston? Where is the misunderstanding here? If you havent read my section on black magic yet, then please do so. Its all in there. I have had plenty of disasters befall me because of my involvement in all of this. So what! I'm not going to tuck tail and quit because of it. Bad things happen to all of us, regardless. If your not up for tragedy, then dont get involved, ok. Its simple. This might be a bad example but: if you stick your hand in a fire, what do you think will happen? Are you willing to risk the pain and the scars for the greater good? If not, this is not for you. Black magic has a lot of things to offer us, you can stand next to the fire and learn as well ( not as much, but you still can get something from it) but if you become really involved it's not a foo foo thing to take to lightly. I've already explained all of this before, its getting me annoyed now.

Now I will address the letter:

(Me) Yes, very true! The difference is this: some of us comprehend more than others.

(letter)I've had unfortunate experience with evil to the point of me almost losing my sanity, and my life.
(Me) Yes, so have I. But I did lose my life in more ways than one. Most likely my physical life will be taken soon enough also. Oh well, thats the way the cookie crumbles, eh.
Ah sanity! Mine was lost many years ago because of all this. But who is actually sane..and which of us are insane. Wisdom makes you nuts...divine maddness. And then again, some that seek will not find wisdom, only the bad kind of insanity and that ain't always good. Its actually terrifying.

(Me) Again, very true. But the only ones who will have this problem are the silly people and the ones who are not very far into it. There does come a time when the relationship is cemented in honesty and becomes stable.

(Me) Coincidence or negative energy gone amuck.( note that he almost got killed, because he didn't, did he) It happens, especially when people don't really understand what they are doing or involved with.

However this seems to be a clear case of hysteria; the inborn social- psycological perceptions on those 'oh so scary devil worshipers.'

(Letter) And other unspeakable things began to happen to me all the way up until my early thirties
(Me)Undoubtedly this is total coincidence, or hysteria leading to the jinxing of oneself.
But.. negative energy is like glue, it doesn't go away that easy and it can become very messy. Theres really no such thing as dabbling, because like it or not, something is going to happen, and it must run its course.

(Me)More negative energy gone amuck. A person who can not handle or eventually integrate and 'balance' the negative energy will turn into a nut, no question about. Been there myself!

(Letter)You don't know what you're into.
(Me) Contrare.. I am painfully aware, I also can't help who I am or what I have to do.
(that is one of my favorite lines. I love when folks tell me I don't know what I am into. If you guys only knew what actually goes on around here !)

(Me) Very very true! I say that all the time. Spiritual beings are not here for our amusement. We can not control them and the dummy that tries to will be in for a rude awakening.

Hauntings & Spirits as Evil:

What most describe as a feeling of evil (even a psychically inclined person) is most probably
1. a misunderstanding of what is present
2. fear interpreted into 'the creation of an evil being'
3. an actual entity which possesses a high amount of negative energy (which is not evil in itself)
A misinterpretation of ghostly activity could make the spirit look or seem evil to the uneducated individual. When we are scared of things we have no apparent control over we are apt to turn that fear into a projection. We project our fear onto the unknown and it becomes evil .
The spirit or ghost may actually be trying to communicate or reach out the only way it can or knows how to. This in turn may look dreadful to us on this side. (I know because I have seen a lot of stuff)
4. Or it may be testing you. Yes Virginia, the spirits can test Us! They need to know if we are trustworthy, maybe they are testing our character.
5. Still others may just be trying to get our attention.

Also, when someone says they have a demon/s 'haunting' their house, it is only a label of their fear. They may indeed have something haunting them, but it won't be an actual demon.
Mostly the religious nuts will claim that everything is a demon.

Religious fanatics and mislead/misinformed people will mostly chalk up any spiritual activity as evil or evil influences.
However, a demon will not usually appear without a good reason. They do have better things to do. Actually, angels are far more terrifying than demons. I just love it when people talk about angels. They typically paint angels out to be a bunch a pansies, fluttering around like smiling idiots. This is far from the truth. I would like to see the expression on preacher mans face if a Seraphim showed up in his room in the middle of the night!
If you've ever taken notice in the old testament, when someone was confronted by an angel, they were struck with fear.
